Teresa Benfield is a seasoned real estate professional and design expert with 19 years of experience in Commercial Interior Design and Construction, primarily in the hospitality and multifamily sectors. Her refined sense of aesthetics, industry knowledge, and client-centered approach bring exceptional value to those seeking not just a house — but a beautiful and functional home.
Teresa earned her BFA in Interior Architecture from the University of North Texas, followed by an MBA in Marketing and Business Law from Texas A&M University. These academic achievements — combined with her years of applied design expertise — make her uniquely equipped to identify untapped potential within any space.
Now based in San Miguel de Allende, Teresa blends her technical background with a warm, human approach that guides clients from concept to closing. Whether she’s helping redesign a space for sale or advising on investment potential, she is a steadfast advocate for beauty, practicality, and long-term value.
As a member of the Dwell Team San Miguel, she works alongside her partner, Jayson, bringing her design insight and client care to every stage of the real estate journey.

Teresa Benfield es una profesional inmobiliaria experimentada y experta en diseño, con 19 años de trayectoria en Diseño y Construcción de Interiores Comerciales, especialmente en los sectores hotelero y multifamiliar. Su refinado sentido estético, amplio conocimiento del sector y enfoque centrado en el cliente aportan un valor excepcional a quienes buscan no solo una casa, sino un hogar bello, funcional y con visión a futuro.
Teresa obtuvo su Licenciatura en Arquitectura de Interiores (BFA) en la Universidad del Norte de Texas y posteriormente cursó un MBA en Mercadotecnia y Derecho Empresarial en la Universidad Texas A&M. Estas credenciales académicas —sumadas a sus años de experiencia aplicada en diseño— le brindan una capacidad única para identificar el potencial oculto en cualquier espacio.
Actualmente radicada en San Miguel de Allende, Teresa combina su formación técnica con un trato cálido y humano, guiando a sus clientes desde la concepción de un proyecto hasta el cierre de una operación.
